Lead Hand Training
Lead Hands face specific challenges which are different than those of a supervisor or manager. Often they are promoted from the shop floor and must now be responsible for leading their peers, achieving the production schedule and commenting on production or quality issues. Add to this the fact that in a unionized environment, they are part of the bargaining unit and must balance the needs of their coworkers with the needs of the company. This new course addresses the specific needs of Lead Hands in a four or five session course. The shorter-duration course has been tailored to address the specific needs of Lead Hands.
