Your listening skills may reduce the stress of others. Your pragmatism may prevent mistakes. Your humor may lighten someone’s load. Your positive feedback may help someone increase their confidence. Your innovation and creativity may inspire greatness. Your analytical skills may help others make better decisions. Your skilled work may create products and services that help customers meet their needs.

A special note for leaders, managers and supervisors

As a leader, you have an additional responsibility. You must recognize your own special purpose and help the people who work for you recognize their purpose, special talents and abilities.
