Working leaders / lead hands pose a challenge – they are part of the leadership team and yet work along side their peers. It can be a challenge to pull them away from the front line to give them training and it can be expensive to provide live training. We are developing a cost effective training toolkit to train working leaders and need your input as part of the design process.

The goal is to create a high quality program that is self-contained, can be delivered by the client on-site without needing to schedule in an outside facilitator and creates the leadership skills working leaders need to create sustainable business results.
