The Leadership Wizard is looking for a manager from the Windsor/Essex area who wants to take themselves to the next level as a leader. The selected individual may be a new or experienced manager and must have three or more employees reporting to them.

The selected Management Makeover candidate will receive approximately $2,500 worth of individual assessments and coaching services over a 2-3 month period. Coaching sessions may be conducted in person or by telephone.

The selected candidate will agree to have their progress reported during the Leadership Wizard segment Monday mornings at 6:50 AM on AM800 CKLW and in the Unique People newsletter and Leadership Wizard website. Other media may choose to cover portions of the Management Makeover.
