Employees Not Doing What You Expect

London, Ontario, Canada leadership experts and authors Greg Schinkel and Irwin Schinkel have sold the foreign publishing rights to their book Employees Not Doing What You Expect. The book in its second printing in Canada has caught the eye of two foreign publishers in advance of the Frankfurt Book Fair being held in October.

The book's publisher, Unique Training and Development, holder of the rights in North America has signed agreements with Panorama, a large publisher in Mexico. Panorama will translate the book into Spanish and distribute it throughout Latin America.

Prentice-Hall in India has secured the rights to publish the book in English in the Indian Sub-continent, including Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan and Srilanka.

The book gives practical tips for managers, supervisors and leaders to solve and prevent employee performance problems.

Greg Schinkel was a contributing author to Awakening The Workplace and has appeared in two television specials on Cogeco cable in Sarnia and produced a DVD of his presentation.

Greg and Irwin are working on a third book to be released in 2008 revealing how training can be a hidden profit center, generating substantial financial returns.
