Irwin Schinkel
Founder
Irwin founded Unique Training and Development Inc. after retiring early from a 33 year career with General Motors of Canada. His staff positions in sales, marketing, public relations and human resources at GM provided him with the skills he needed to provide training and consulting services to small and mid-sized companies.
He authored most of Unique's courses, and worked with dozens of clients. He remains a mentor to many. Irwin recently co-authored the book Employees Not Doing What You Expect.
